Today, I’m gonna show you how to get a VCC (virtual card), how to verify a paypal account and how to get a vps from Google Cloud ( since it required 1$ on a card ). So, are you ready? Let’s go! Ok, first of all we need the virtual card. In this months , while I was surfing the web, I found a nice and new site where I can get a virtual card which I can top up with bitcoin! ( I really believe that is an important thing, since you will be anonymous). As you can understand, you need bitcoin, just buy some of them somewhere and we can continue our steps( personally I buy bitcoin from an Italian website, so I can’t advice it to you since it’s a bit difficult to understand from who is not Italian). Done? Ok. Now go here https://wallet.advcash.com/register READ CAREFULLY : Since paypal and google cloud require virtual card address, you MUST write somewhere( like on a block-notes) address information of the card( don’t forget the name and the surname of the owner ^_^). Once you complete the registration, you should be in this page: Before start using the card, you need to deposit money on the account. I really advice to deposit minimum 4,8$ since you need to pay 1$ to create the card , another 1$ when you load money to the card and 1,7$ (paypal will refund you once you have completed verification)are required from paypal to verify account and 1$ to create google cloud vps. Once you have sent the bitcoin, you need to wait 30-60 minutes before you can see money on your account. When bitcoin arrive, you should see “check” on status: Now, Just follow these steps like the image say: PAY ATTENTION NOW: As I said before, one of most important things is to remember the address of the virtual card. So, now, write carefully the information (write them somewhere). Click on “show card info”: Transfer the money from deposit to your card: Ok guys, we finally complete all the steps for the virtual card. We can now proceed to verify paypal. Before starting, if you want to see that your paypal is verified or not , you can just click on this link: https://www.paypal.com/verified/pal= After pal= just enter your email where you subscribe your paypal. Example: I’m Italian but I’ve used a French proxy since I don’t want to get in trouble with my true paypal. Follow this steps: Log-in to your paypal account, then click on this link: https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=p/acc/seal-CA-unconfirmed-outside Once here, click on “Get Verified!” like the image says: You need to full fill all the information required, don’t forget to enter accurate address information of the card. Now, go to www.paypal.com/myaccount/home and click on “Ready to confirm” To find your code to confirm your paypal , just go to https://wallet.advcash.com/ and see the image below: Now, copy the 4 number and return to paypal: [I 15 PayPaf. Inc, [USJ I https://www.paypal.com/myaccount/wallet/card/1 Confirm credit card master card XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-9361 We made a small charge to your credit card. The charge created a 4-digit code that can be found on your card statement To begin using your card with PayPal, please enter the 4-digit code we sent to your credit card below. The spending limits on your card have been removed. Goto Wallet If you want to see you paypal status go again here: https://www.paypal.com/verified/pal= (add you email after pal= ) Paypal verification in now concluded ! We can now proceed to create Google Cloud VPS. First of all, go to https://cloud.google.com Then, fulfill all the information required: Don’t forget to enter accurate virtual card address ! Upgrade account: Follow the image as below: Most important thing is to remember the Username that you want to assign at the VPS and the password ( sorry I don’t screenshot this part, my bad).
